  Ensure all furniture is in its original, showroom condition and keep all original packaging materials to prevent damage during the return transport.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Coordinate with our logistics team to schedule a convenient time for our delivery professionals to inspect and collect the items from your residence.

  Receive Your Refund or Credit

  Once the items are inspected and processed at our warehouse, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus applicable delivery and restocking fees.
